Prabu Ned is the firm’s principal accountant. A practising accountant for more than 10 years, he brings his decade of knowledge, expertise, and experience to all of his clients, to provide real, practicable and value-adding business solutions.
Prabu spent 10 years working for a variety of Chartered Accounting (CA) firms, in the commercial sector and for the state government of Victoria. This range of different environments has provided Prabu with an invaluable wide range of experience, from preparation and auditing financial statements and tax returns, providing internal control solutions, accounting, tax and superannuation advice, business startup, valuation, cessation and succession planning advice to many small to large businesses, not-for-profit organizations and charities. In addition to all of this, Prabu has extensive experience in working with small business owners and helping them to address their challenges – whether those challenges be accounting, tax, or financial.
Prabu wanted to create a firm that was modern, tech-savvy, and was driven by the purpose of delivering excellent value for his clients. When he is not working on delivering this excellent value, Prabu is an absolute foodie, who loves wine, family time, and traveling the world.
Prabu is a qualified Charted Accountant, Registered Tax Agent, Registered Company Agent and Registered SMSF Adviser. Prabu holds a Master of Accounting from Victoria University, a Grade Diploma of Business Administration from The University of Adelaide, a Diploma of Financial Planning.
